Dr. Vilicia Cade

Born into advocacy, Dr. Vilicia Cade is the youngest of nine children who survived the streets of Brooklyn, New York. Her walk with Christ started with her membership to the Little Mission Church of God in Christ as a child.

A published author, Dr. Cade's  personal story demonstrates that God's love is suffice for any challenges we may encounter.


An accomplished educational leader, Dr. Cade sees her professional work as an extension of her ministry to build the kingdom of God. She has earned a Bachelor's degree, three Masters'  degrees and a Doctorate in Education.  Dr. Cade's service to public education extends across several states were she has been a successful senior level administrator and executive leadership consultant.

Dr. Cade is unapologetic about her belief that a high quality education is a 21st century civil right.  She is a contributing member of several civic, community, and educational organizations. Most notable are Canaan Baptist Church of New Castle, Delaware,  the National Coalition of 100 Black Women  Delaware Chapter, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.  Her leadership and service is characterized by the kindness and humility she demonstrates toward others. She is also the proud mother of Curtis Anthony.
